It's the best time to take your health to the next level or to get it in order.

- Longevity is achieved by staying healthy for longer and waning off age-related declines in health

- Try to eat 80% of your calories from whole foods and the rest can be less strict. You don't need to be perfect with your diet, but be mindful of your body fat, and eat mostly whole foods.
- Some healthy foods to add to your diet include healthy fats like olive oil/olives, fish, nuts, seeds, eggs, and polyphenolic compounds from vegetables, berries, fruit, nuts, seeds.
- It doesn't matter if you're eating a low carb or low fat diet as long as your bloodmarkers and body composition are optimal. When calories are equated for, then there's no difference in bodyweight or health outcomes.
- For exercise, do a combination of both resistance training and aerobic exercise because these two together are better than either alone.
- Lift weights or do calisthenics 2-3x times per week, focusing on getting stronger
- Do zone 2 cardio 1-2x per week and 1x high intensity-interval training
- Sleep 7-8 hours and keep your circadian rhythms aligned and consistent
- Try adding sauna to your health routine up to 4x per week
- There are some supplements that also work, but they're not as effective as the fundamentals. Here are the most evidence-based supplements you can't go wrong with:
- Omega-3s 1.5 g/day
- Creatine 100 mg/kg/day
- Magnesium 400 mg/day
- Glycine 10 g/day
- Collagen 10 g/day
- Track your bloodwork to see your internal health and understand your biological age. Even just a dozen of the most common bloodmarkers, such as cholesterol, HbA1c, hsCRP, sex hormones, liver enzymes, and complete blood cell count can be incredibly valuable to knowing what your weakspots are.
