Hi Wga,

Longevity comes down to staying healthy and without disease for as long as possible

A critical component of that is testing - knowing what's your internal health

I call it Longevity Intelligence - being aware of your health status and health risks

The challenge is that there are so many things you can measure - hundreds of markers and tests to do!

Fortunately, a few key markers can be incredibly insightful and valuable

Here are some of the most important markers you should measure for longevity:

  1. Waist circumference - a high waist circumference indicates excess body fat and visceral fat around organs.
    1. Below 80 cm (31 inches) for women
    2. Below 90 cm (35 inches) for men
  2. Blood pressure - even slightly elevated blood pressure increases the risk of heart disease and accelerates brain aging
    1. Below 120/80, ideally 110/70
  3. Lp(a) - the most atherogenic lipoprotein that's linearly associated with heart disease risk.
    1. The optimal Lp(a) level is 5 mg/dL, but because Lp(a) is heavily genetically determined it's hard to control it. However, just measuring it at least once and knowing your Lp(a) is going to help you adjust your other risk factors accordingly.
  4. HbA1c - glycated hemoglobin reflects average blood sugar and indicates metabolic health status. Higher levels increase the risk of heart disease and diabetes.
    1. Between 4.5-5.5% is optimal
  5. hsCRP - a marker of general inflammation that's linearly associated with a higher risk of heart disease and mortality.
    1. Below 0.2 mg/L
  6. Grip strength - a great marker for assessing upper body strength and muscle
    1. Combined both arms at least 60-70 kg for women and at least 100 kg for men
  7. Cooper test (12-min run for distance) - an easy test for cardiorespiratory fitness and VO2 max
    1. Run at least 2,000 meters for women and 2,500 meters for men

If you measure these markers at least once or twice a year you can get quite valuable insights into your systemic health.

The total cost for these would be less than $50 as the only cost comes from blood tests.

The more you measure the higher your Longevity Intelligence but you don't need to get into all the details.

It's just that knowing more can be exciting and can give you more specific areas of focus.

If you just focus on staying lean, losing weight, and exercising regularly, you'll be healthier than the average person.

However, there are circumstances where there are still underlying health concerns that need to be addressed even if you're fit and lean.

That's why I've put together a longevity diagnostic retreat in India where you can get a comprehensive health checkup for 1/4th of the price in the USA or Europe.

At the AIWO longevity clinic, we're able to do a thorough health assessment and give you the support you need to improve your health!

And we just recently managed to reduce the cost of the retreat by $700, which is amazing!

Here's a comparison of the services you get at the AIWO retreat:

I know $6,200 is still a lot of money, but compared to the prices in Europe or the USA and the value you're receiving, it's a bargain

It's basically a full body complete health checkup plus consultation with some of the best doctors in India

It's an all-inclusive retreat, which means:

  • transportation from the airport to the hotel and back
  • 7-day accommodation at the 5-star luxury hotel
  • all meals included
  • all the tests and bloodwork included
  • 180 biomarkers measured via blood test
  • any other test and scan you want
  • complimentary supplements

Plus, it's a lot of fun to meet like-minded people from across the world.

In our last retreat in January, we had people from South Africa, Argentina, the UK, Vietnam, Australia, Spain, the US, Canada, Finland, and Estonia!

The next retreat in AIWO is going to be May 5th - 12th!

If you can't afford it or don't think it's worth it, then that's perfectly reasonable - I just outlined you some of the cheapest and free tests you can do

Plus, I'll keep sharing free content on YouTube about optimizing your health for as long as I can

Stay Empowered

Siim

P.S.

We also released a skin anti-aging program that complements the diagnostics program: https://www.siimland.co/retreat?cid=cc53c24b-585b-4a44-9539-02d713d7baae
